The Leslie

This page is not considered ready for primetime by any means. At the moment, it's exists as a place to hold links and snippets of data as we come across it. When it's finished, the hope would be to have a good resource on how to employ the Leslies that often end up liberated from home organs and sold on eBay.

History

DIY Links

  • NoFi This open directory is gives some great insight to boxing up an open Leslie. As of Spring 2006, this project is still underway.
  • Mark Hammer This pdf file containing a couple of nice close-up shots of Mark's 8" Leslie.
  • Dean Hazelwanter This 1.5meg zip file is hosted on Mark Hammer's site. It contains several photos of Dean's disassembled machine.

Replacement Parts

  • Goff Professional Goff Professional carries all the Leslie parts you'll likely need. Yes, the cheesewheel is over $200, but the o-rings are only $3!
